About the Author

The content on this site is written and guided by Hiroyuki “Hiro” Miyazaki, a spiritual teacher, coach, and author of Discover Your Phoenix in the Game of Life (also available in Spanish).

Hiro’s path began not in the spiritual world but in the corporate environment of Wall Street. After achieving outward success — career, status, financial stability — he found himself confronting a quiet but persistent emptiness. A single question at a comedy show — “Are you really happy?” — opened a years-long inner journey that led him to leave his corporate career and dedicate himself to healing and coaching.

Over thousands of private sessions, Hiro developed the Game of Life Theory: the understanding that life is not a series of random events, but a pre-designed journey through seven stages of emotional and spiritual growth. Angel numbers, in this framework, are the checkpoints that mark each stage.

He also developed the PhoenixBlessing® technique — a practical method for releasing deep-seated fears and returning to authentic, heart-led living. The exercises throughout this site are drawn directly from that work.
